Page, S.M.), at the quarterly meeting. Mr Page said that one of the licensees had had two convictions during the quarter, and there was another charge pending against him. The committee dii not propose to deal with the matter at the present sitting, but its view was that if couvicEons followed one another the licensee would have to lose h> Tcease. If tiny steps were contempi.iicd the licensee's counsel would be given an opportunity to state his case.
