SETTLEMENT EFFECTED. CONCESSIONS TO ITALY. Paris, May 26. The Italians and Jugo-Slavs have practically settled their dispute on the basis of Italian concessions in the hinterland of Fiume like those of Dantzig pending a plebiscite after a few years. The Italians are still resisting the Greek claims to the Dodecanese Islands. GERMANY'S WAR LOSSES. | \ 1,677,000 KILLED. London, May 28.
