Zoe Bailey Dancing Academy Recital
Delightful performances will be witnessed by patrons at the dance recital on Saturday night by pupils of the Zoe Bailey Dancing Academy. There will be some very snappy tap dance numbers and routine work. The playette based on the nursery rhyme 11 Sing a Song of Sixpence,” should appeal particularly to the young folk also the little boy soldier tap ballet. A Grecian tableau provides opportunity for graceful ballet, and in the finale “Fiesta,” a very bright and spectacular scene, M. Dixon, the young championship winner, executes a brilliant matador dance. Musical interludes will be provided by Ula Drummond, promising young violiniste, and Miss Jean Heath, A.T.C.L., L.T.C.L., clever pianiste.
