Today’s Recipe
GINGER BISCUITS 1 egg, Jib. dripping, i cupful brown sugar, -J cupful golden syrup, -}lb. flour, j teaspoonful baking powder, 2 teaspoonfuls ground ginger. Cream dripping and sugar, add warmed syrup and well-beaten egg, and sifted dry ingredients. Roll into small balls and place on oven tray. Bake in moderate oven about 15 to 20 minutes.
