Plan to Make 1.L.0. Official Labour Agency
Received Tuesday, 8.25 p.m. NEW YORK, Nov. 12.
The British Government, according to the New York Herald-Tribune’s Washington correspondent, urged that the United States support the plan to make 1.L.0. the official United Nations’ Organisation labour agency, despite Russia’s opposition. Britain, France China and America are reported to be in favour of the proposal.
