Canadian Victory Loan
OTTAWA, Nov. 12. Slightly more than one out of every five persons in Canada bought bonds in the ninth Victory Loan, which has just been completed—2,s46,ooo subscribed of the total population of 11,500,000. The minimum objective of 1,500,000,000 dollars has already been exceeded by more than 300,000,000 dollars. It is expected that when the final count is made the loan will reach between 1,900,000,000 and 2,000,000,000 dollars.
