Britain to Recognise Albanian Administration

Received Sunday, 8.30 p.m. LONDON, Nov. 11. The Foreign Office announced that Britain had decided to recognise the present Albanian administration on the understanding that it was their intention to hold free elections at an early date, so that a truly representative Government may bo formed. A Note addressed to the Albanian administration also stipulated maintenance of the freedom of the Press.
