Comet Tank Led British Advance
Received Friday, 12.5 a.m. LONDON, May 10.
It is officially revealed that the latest British tank, the Comet, led the advance across Germany after the Rhine crossing. It is Britain'p c astest and most heavily armoured cruiser tank. Developed from the Cromwell, the Comet has a Rolls-Royce meteor engine and a 77-m.m. gun with new gunlaying devices which made it the most accur ate tank-gun in the British Army. No Comet fell into enemy hands.
