School Environment Certificates
The following endorsements of environment certificates issued previously to schools, were made yesterday by the Wanganui Education Board: Apiti, Ashhurst, Beaconsfield, Bluff Road, Bulls, Bunnythorpe, Cheltenham, Clydesdale, College Street, Dunolly, Fitzherbert East, Foxton, Glen Oroua, Hokowhitu, ixairanga, Kakariki, Kimbolton, Kopanc, Linton, Longburn, Lytton Street, Manchester Street, Marton Junction, Milson, Ohakea. Ohingaiti, Oroua Downs, Palmerston North Central, Parewanui, Pohangina, Rangiwahia, Raumai, Rongotea, Russell Street, Sanson, Taikorea, Tangimoana, Taonui, Tapuae, Terrace End, Tokorangi, Utuwai, Waitohi, Waituna West. Waugaehu, West End. New certificates to be issued: Intermediate (Palmerston North) and Mount Biggs. Letters of commendation for work done during 1944: Awahou South, Colyton, Halcombe, Kiwitea, Rangiotu, Te Arakura, Valley Road.
