Victory Loan Campaign In Feilding District
No greater inducement to invest in the Victory War Loan could be advanced than the magnificent success of Allied forces on the western front. The iong-awaited silver lining to the bard struggle over the past live years has appeared in glowing splendour and the story of the great success against the crumbling German forces should provide the inspiration for all to invest in this Victory Loan. Subscriptions received yesterday from investors who have agreed to permit their names to be mentioned include the following: —Owen McElroy £IOOO, George Watt £3OO, N.Z. Farmers’ Union (Wellington Central Provincial District) £IOO. National Savings accounts are revealing activity and investments in this phase of the campaign are reported to be steadily mounting. There is evidence that the public are awakening to this appeal to support the Victory Loan.
