TRAINING COLLEGE STUDENTSHIPS, 1915. /V LL persons whoae homes are situated in this Board’s district are hereby notified that applications for admission to Training College in February next must be forwarded to this Office not later than October Ist. The academic qualification for Division A candidates (two years’ course) is a pass already obtained in the University Entrance or School Certificate Examination. Candidates who are sitting for those examinations in 1944 may also apply for admission but preference will be given to the applications of those fully qualified at date of application. Division C candidates (one year PostGraduate Course) may apply in anticipation of completing their degrees at the forthcoming examinations. Applications are also invited from persons who desire to qualify for a special certificate in Home Science with a view to entering the service as Domestic Science Teachers. The qualifications for admission to this special course and the allowances payable are the same as for Training College students.
