The voting on the proposal that ratuit on the basis of the unimproved value be adopted resulted as follows: For the proposal, 381; against the proposal, 846. BULLS TOWN BOARD A feature of the election at Bulls was the defeat of the chairman of the Town Board (Mr. J. E. Walker) and two members, Messrs A. McGregor and D. Lundy.
