The academic qualification for Division A candidates (Two Years’ Course) is a pass ALREADY OBTAINED in the University Entrance or School Certificate Examination. In view of an anticipated shortage of candidates, persons who are sitting this year for the school certificate or University Entrance examinations are also invited to apply for admission. Preference will, however, be given to the applications of those fully qualified at date of application. Division C candidates (One Year Post-Graduate Course) may, however, apply in anticipation of completing their degrees at the forthcoming examinations. Applications are also invited from persons who desire to qualify for a special certificate in Home Science with a view to entering the service as Domestic Science Teachers. The qualifications for admission to this special course and the allowances payable are the same as for Training College students.
