Welles and Eden Possible Envoys

President Roosevelt intends to send Mr. Sumner Welles as advance envoy to Moscow to prepare the Tripartite meet ing between Mr. Churchill, President Roosevelt and Mr. Stalin, says the New York Times’ Washington correspondent. It is believed President Roosevelt is delaying the official announcement of Mr. Welles’ resignation until ready to announce his new statns as roving ambassador. The correspondent adds that Mr. Eden will probably be going on a similar mission for the British Government.
