The following are the results of an L.G.U. Silver and Bronze Modal com* petition played on Saturday:— Silver Medal: Miss K. J. Mirriolees, 91—17—74; Mrs. E. R. Wimsett, 9(3— 14—52. Bronzo Medal: Miss R. Burrell, 10G —32 —74; Miss J. McCreary, 103—25—75; Mrs. W. J. Brophy, 315—3 G—79. To-morrow the Manawatu Ladies’ Golf Club will play a medal round for patriotic funds.
