NTOTICE is hereby given that the fee for the registration of dogs in the Borough of Feilding for 1943 lias been fixed at 2/C in tho caso of dogs registered by a bona fide shepherd, drover, or farmer and kept solely for the purpose of herding or driving sheep or cattle, and 10/- each in the case of all other dogs, plus 1/- in each caso in terms of the 1938 Regulations (Prevention of Hydatids Disease). Registra- | tion is due now and should be arranged forthwith with the collector (E. W. Hinks, 80 Manchester Street. Enquiries for collars can be received at this address ONLY between the hours of 6 and 8 p.m. each evening—Tuesdays and Fridays excepted, and notice is further given, in terms of Regulation 8 of “The Dogs Registration Emergency Regulation, 1942," that it is proposed for this .year to effect registration by the issue of a marked label in terms of Regulation 5 (1942), such label to be affixed to an old dog collar. Collars will bo available for the "first" issue.
