Mr. G. T. Griggs is making satisfactory progress after undergoing a serious operation last Friday. lVir. Griggs lias been an inmate of a private hospital for a considerable time.
Mr. H. T. B. Drew, former New Zealand Government publicity officer in Liondon, and at one time editor of •‘The Times,*’ Palmerston North, has accepted the position of Dominions liaison officer at the Ministry of Information. He will be responsible for news and propaganda affecting all the Dominions.
