All Allied Governments Join Russia
Received Thursday, 10.15 p.m. LONDON, Aug. 6.
All the Allied Governments in London havo resumed or arc negotiating to resume diplomatic relations with Russia. The Prime Minister of the Netherlands was helping Russia in every way possible. The East Indies is able to supply rubber and tin and intends to increase exports of these and other commodities via Vladivostok.
General Anders has been appointed commander-in-chief of the Polish forces in Russia. He is aged 49 and commanded a cavalry brigade in the Polish campaign in 1939. A Czech staff officer is now in Moscow, where he is organising Czech units under the Russian High Command. A Polish military*mission under General Bohusz-Sziszko Uas arrived in Moscow from London.
