Mussolini's Admission
LONDON, Aug. 4. In u speech at Mantua on July 29. Mussolini admitted that the present struggle was premeditated by the Axis, says the Rome correspondent of the American United Press. Ho referred to it as “a war which we wanted and began some years ago.”
