Portsmouth Sharply Attacked
CASUALTIES RATHER HEAVY Received Tuesday, a.in. LONDON, April 28. An Air Ministry communique states: “Enemy activity was confined to the early part of the night. It was mostly directed to a town on the south coast (Portsmouth), where there was a sharp attack . The casualties were rather heavy although the number killed was not large. Incidents also occurred in South-West England and North-East Scotland. M
