(From Our Owu Correspondent.) Methodist Sunday School The Methodist. Sunday School anniversary services were held on Sunday when the morning service was conducted by Mr. H. Dixon. The singing was led by the Sunday school choir. Solos were rendered by Joy Beagley, Margaret Jepsen, Clive and Graham Harris. The evening service was rendered - by the Rev. R. Richards. The Sunday school choir again led the. singing aud a solo was rendered by Pat Jensen. The tea and public meeting followed on Tuesday evening. The programme was as follows: —-Chorus by the Sunday school children; recitation, Joy Beagley; hymn, Dorothy Stevens, Betli Harris, Noreen Harris, Margaret Gunn and Margaret Guy; pianoforte sojo, Ruth Williamson; recitation, Roy Harris; chorus, Sunday school choir; recitation, Doreen Kirby; song, Graham and Clive Harris; recitation, June Smith; chorus, Sunday school choir; recitation, Graham Harris; song, Pat Jepsen; recitation, Dorothy Stevens, address, Rev. R. Richards; report by the superintendent of the Sunday school, Mr. A. Stewart. With 33 children on the roll the year 1940 has been a successful one. The report thanked Miss Joyce Clevely and Ron Kirby who had assisted in emergencies during the year and congratulated Doreen Kirby who gained the highest possible marks in the Sunday school. The presentation by Rev. Richards of prizes then took place as follows: —
