Health of Children
WASHINGTON, April 7. President Roosevelt to-day proclaimed May 1 as Child Health Day. The President’s proclammation called on citizens to review the extent to which they were providing for children nutritious food, healthful recreation, health supervision, and adequate medical care. The people should plan, Mr. Roosevelt said, how such protection could bo extended to all American children.
