200 Homes Destroyed In Forest Fires
Received Monday, 9.20 p.m. NEW YORK, April 21. It is estimated that 200 homes were destroyed by a forest fire which threatened tho town of Lakewood. There were no fatalities but nt least 1000 arc homeless. Another fire is sweeping the western section of the Fort Dix army training camp and 5000 soldiers are fighting the flames.
