Canadian Air Scheme Ahead of Schedule
WINNIPEG, Jan. 4. The Air Minister (Mr. Duncan) announced air training far ahead of schedule. Plans which would originally would have been completed in the spring of 1942 will be in operation in September, 1941. The acceleration, of the plans strained the available trained manpower, but as a result Canada was able to send overseas in 1949 twice the number contemplated*
