Mobilising India for War Effort
CALCUTTA, Jan. 3. The Radical, Democratic and Peoples Party Conference passed a resolution advocating the formation of a National Democratic Union composed of nonparty leaders with the definite object of organising an biiti-Nazi front and mobilising public opinion to help the war effuffc. The conference also urged
the establishment of emergency ministries in the provinces. The resolution adds that the Government of India should be requested to include independent popular representatives in the Viceroy's Council.
