German Aid for Italy Intensified
TRANSPORTING TROOPS BY AIR Received Sunday, 7.30 p.m. ISTANBUL, Jan. 4. The Free French News Agency says German aid for Italy is secretly* being intensified. Fifty Junkers are transporting Italian troops to Albania. German planes are frequently flying over Yugoslavia from Klagenieurt to Gorizia. German technicians are reported to bo engaged on fortification works north of Pogradec. The agency adds that the movement for Albanian independence is growing. The Italians are taking reprisals and have seized hostages from every village in the Pogradec region.
