Irnpey was second with £2070, and Mr. E. Fitzgerald, who raced Kindergarten and Small Boy at tno iixture, was third with £1930. Mr. S. J. Wood, owner of Route March and Proud Fox, secured £1525 and Mr. C. W. Jackson, owner of Bronweu, £llOO.

The dual successes of Kindergarten and Bronweu, and the win of Brahman placed H. N. Wiggins at the head of the list of winning jockeys with five wins. K. W. Mcdavish, who rode Route March and Pirate King when they both scored twice, and L. J. Ellis, Peter Douglas, Olympus and Cillas (twice), eacn had four wins. P. Atkins, who won on Burra Sahib, Rex Haitian*, and Ascot Bloom, had three wins. W. J. Broughton, Sir General and Corn Prince, W. Ensor, Gay Rosette cud Foxsen, A. E. Ellis, Beau Vite (2) and W. Hooton, Orelio (2), were the only other jockeys to ride more than one winner. Other successful riders were H. Stewart, M. Ritchie, B. H. Morris, H. Maria, J. Mcßae, V. Gollop, S. Waddell, C. L.
