Famous German Military Leader Interned
HIS OPINION OF ITALY AS ALLY DAVENTRY, 1 a.m. It is now revealev that Marshal von Blomberg, former Commander-in-chief of the Gorman Army, has been interned in a fortress in Bavaria. Marshal Blomberg is said to have criticised Germany’s decision to engage in a large-scale war because she was not ready for it. He is also quoted as having remarked that anyone who was unfortunate enough to have Italy as its ally would live to deeply regret it.
