Bremen Plane Factory Battered
R A.F. INFLICTS CONSIDERABLE DAMAGE Received Friday, 1.25 a.m. LONDON, Jan. 2. The R.A.F. heavily attacked targets at Bremen and the invasion ports last night. It is understood the raid on Bremen was particularly heavy and it is believed considerable damage was inflicted on certain definite military objectives. The attack was significant in view of recent reports that the I'ockewulf factory at Bremen was producing a new twin-engined fighter, also the well-known Condor which has been raiding British shipping. It was Bremen’s first raid for a fortnight, although it was previously raided over fifty times.
