HOOKEY MATCH IN EGYPT A strange coincidence happened when two former members of the Woodville Hockey team, Gunner R. J. Seeker and Private T. Gardiner met on opposing sides at a hockey match held recently in Cairo. Noither of the old team-mates knew the other was on the Held until they saw each other playing in their old positions they had filled many times previously on the Woodville Roc. Gunner Seeker was playing ior the Artillery and Private Gardiner for the Medical Corps. The former won 3— 2. Gunner Seeker stated that the field nt Cairo was the fastest lie had e\*)r played on. It was as smooth as marble and. the ball only needed to bo touched to send it shooting downfleld.
