Afr. (5. E. Lintott, of Feilding;, who is a member of the field staff of the Mortgage Corporation, has been transferred to Te Kuit.i and will take up his duties in his new district within a fortnight. The Feilding stationmaster, Mr. Croudis, reports that the holiday traffic over the Christmas season was particularly good. The passenger bookings were very heavy and the staff was busily engaged'over the holidays in attending to the needs of holidaymakers.
