Four Bridge Painters Injured
COLLISION BETWEEN JIGGER AND CAR Per Press Association NEW PLYMOUTH, Nov. 1. Four railway bridge painters were injured in a collision between a motor jigger and a car on the Duthio Road level crossing near Tengutu this afternoon, but the driver of the car, Frederick Richard Nicholas, was practically unhurt, though the car came to rest upside down. The injured men are: Thomas Boyack, married, Wanganui, cuts on the head and shock; James Henrick Cecil Howard, Wanganui, deep head wounds; Henry Thomas Hart, Wanganui, abrasions and cuts; James Higbt, Aramoho, badly bruised foot. The two were taken to the Hawera Hospitu by ambulance. %
