Reported Evacuation Of Kwangsi Province
Received Friday, 9.40 p.m. LONDON, Oct. 31. A Hanoi report states that the Japanese have abandoned tho Kwangsi Province. Nearly 7000 have already sailed from Haiphong for an undisclosed destination.
