National Savings Movement
ORGANISED FOR PALMERSTON NORTH Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Nov. 1, Mr. E. E. Nansett, of the Palmerston North Post Office staff, has been appointed organiser of the National Savings movement in the Palmerston North postal district. His headquarters will be at Palmerston North. The National Savings campaign will be conducted on the lines of tho savings movement which is proving so Successful iu Great Britain. It is hoped that savings groups will be set up in all business establishments. Mr. Nansett’s duties as Oil Fuel Controller will be taken over by Mr. F. Ellis, superv>r of the postal branch of the Palmerst-j 1 North Post Office.
