Very sineere regret \ras expressed by members of the Palmerston North Girl Guide Association yesterday when Mrs. G. A. Eliott, District Commissioner, intimated that she would be obliged to relinquish her duties at. the end of the year. Mrs. Eliott has given untiriug and enthusiastic service for the movement over a period of seven years and her place will be hard to fill.
