From the Hub
ft Dear Cogs,—Miss Office Girl baa come staggering Into the Den each day with the letters that have arft rived In the mail this week until • the position became so complicated , that I had to cut out my answers to your questions. You will remember I suggested a Xew weeks ago wo should leave out all reference to 7 the weather—they say people only 1 discuss the weather because they I have nothing better to say. That ! cannot he the case with the Big ! Family surely and I am warning you the subject Is taboo. Then do not say, “I am enclosing the Skilltest which I hope is right.” And finali ly do remember to put your proper uaTTum and full addresses every time you write, Thelma Wilson, your badge has come back to the ft office because you did not give us your full address, and others have r also been returned. All these things ; give us extra work In the Den. Now 1 I don't expect to have to speak of this again. Jewel and Sunbeam were welcome visitors last week ? bringing a fragrant posy from the i garden which I loved to arrange, e I hope some of you will make scrap books for the children in hospital before Christmas and it Is time now to think about our Treasure Chest, .Love from, your friend, i THE HUB. ft
