Coalminers Refuse Work
GERYMOUTH, Sept. 26.
The Liverpool State coal mine is idle to-day because of a dispute about the issue of pay tickets. It is customary to issue tho tickets the morning before pay day, which is to-morrow, but this morning tho tickets were not available for truckers and wages men because of pressure of work at the mines office. The men held a stopwork meeting and decided to go home.
