U.S. LABOUR LEADER URGES SUPPORT FOR BRITAIN
(Received 26, 1.30 p.m.) BOSTON, Sept. 25. Mr William Green, president of the American Federation of Labour, in addressing the American Legion convention, said: “The American people feel that Britain’s victory is vital for United States security. Consequently, it would seem logical that Americans should extend to Britain and her heroic army and navy all support possible 6hort of war.”
