Rumania’s Reply
BRITISH QUESTIONS ABOUT OIL RUGBY, Feb. 21. It is learned in informed London circles that the Rumanian Minister in London has handed a Note to the Foreign Secretary containing information asked for by Lord Halifax concerning the functions of the recently-appointed Rumanian Oil Board and tho present position of Rumanian oil supplies to Germany. The British Government is considering this reply, but no statement as to the improssion it has made is yet available.
