That parallel parking of motdr-cars for an unlimited period in single line will bo permitted up to the white lino 9 feet from the existing kerbstone in front of the Shops on the four sides of The Square, ia Coleman Place on the north-western side from The Square to Ilallenstoin Bros., and Broadway on the north-western side from The Square to Princess Street. 2. That motorists encroaching within the said white lino and the kerbstone will be prosecuted. 3. That hcad-in parking as usual will be permitted on the garden side of each enclosure in The Square. 4.
