Secret Session Gains Favour in Commons

(British Official Wireless) (Received 25. 12.45 p.m.) RUGBY. Nov. 2t_ The intention the Opposition Leader announced on Wednesday in the House of Commons to ask in the new Parliamentary se'ssion for a secret sitting at an early opportunity to discuss improving the organisation and output of supplies is understood to be under the sympathetic consideration of the Government. The Opposition Liberals also support this initiative, and it is reported that among Government supporters the proposal is viewed with some favour. While fully recognising the obvious objections to this procedure, it is understood, Ministers appreciate that certain advantages are to be gained, and their decision will presumably be reached after testing the feeling of members as a whole.
