Feilding Territorial Unit

WAITING LIST ABANDONED The Feilding Territorial unit is now over 100 strong and at the parade this evening there will be additional attestations. Last week it was stated that it was not proposed to increase the strength of the unit beyond the total already attested and additional enrolments were accordingly placed on a waiting list. However, iu face of the enthusiasm among the young fellows wishing to join up it has been decided to abandon the waiting list and to absorb all of those who have handed in their names. All of those who have enrolled and not yet been attested are requested to attend the parade this evening at the Drill Hall, when they will bo medically examined and attested.

Mr. C. A. B. Loch, who has done so much towards bringing about the formation of the Territorial unit in Feilding, states that tho strength of the corps, after to-night’s parade, should be round about 110.
