A separate courtroom bad to bo set apart at tho Magistrate’s Court at Auckland on Friday to deal with 37 charges of operating radio receiving seta -without licences. Tho cases were heard beforo Mr. F H. Levien, S.M., who imposed fines ranging up to £3, with costs. In two instances tho prosecution was tho fifth on the samo count.
