BERLIN VIEW OF PEACE LOAN DISCUSSIONS LONDON, July 24. The Berlin correspondent of the Daily Telegraph, says that tho newspapers’ comment, concerning the Iludson-Wohl-tat talks, that Britain is anxious to buj’’ off Germany in view of her own disastrous position in tho Far East. The Voelkisclier Beobachter says that tho plea that it is Mr. Hudson's own idea is a tale for the marines. 44 Wo shall soon lend Britain a milliard pounds which we shall have produce! ourselves,” it declares.
