TERM OF IMPRISONMENT FOR INTOXICATED DRIVER X B j Telegraph—Press Association.* WELLINGTON, July 10. A sentence of 10 days’ imprisonment was imposed on Ronald Keith Smith, a jockey, of Auckland, by the magistrate Mr J. L. Goulding, at the Upper Hub to-day on a charge of being intoxicated in charge of a car. He has also to pay .medical expenses.
