Bulgaria Warned
BEING USED BY GERMANY TO UPSET THE BALKANS LONDON, July 7. A communique issued in Berlin at the conclusion of the Bulgarian Premier’s, M. Kiosseivanoff's, visit stresses the traditional friendship of Bulgaria, Italy and Germany, and their desire to deepen it.
