Little Girl Killed by Car
ACCIDENT AT LYTTELTON l’er Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, July 9. Janice Warring, aged 5, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Warring, of Hawkhurst Road, Lyttelton, was struck by a car when crossing London Street, Lyttelton, at about 4 p.m. to-day and suffered injuries from which she died a few minutes after the accident.
MAN SERIOUSLY INJURED AT NAPIER Ter Tress Association. HASTINGS, July 9. While walking across Munroe Street, Napier, at 7.45 p.m. on Saturday, a middle-aged man, Mr. Donald McDonald, of 74 Nelson Crescent, Napier, was struck by a car and severely injured.
