FANTASTIC NAZI CLAIMS United Press Association.— By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. Received Sunday, 9.50 p.m. BERLIN, July 9. The Deutsche Allgemaine Zeitung, describing the part Germans are playing in the development of Australia, declares that 60,000 Bottlers of German descent once divided by Confessional feuds, are now organised nndcr the Swastika and “have been reminded of their blood relationship with the great German national community. ” It is asserted that they have joined forces with 4000 German citizens resident in Australia in order to foster the aims of the German League. The article, in listing Germans' chief claims to rights in Australia, declares that the founder of Sydney was a German and the first vineyards and orchards were German. It is also pointed out that since the advent of Hitler three schools and two seminaries have gained permission to teach in German also, while many towns have restored their original German names.
