Wishnosky motored through from Wellington and are staying with Mrs. O. Wishnosky, snr. General The local post office staff experienced a busy time last week due to the re licensing of motor vehicles. The evidence of their efforts in issuing number-plates is noticeable owing to the colour of the plates being considerably out of harcnony with the colour schemes of most vehicles in this district. Fergusson, reported that the appeal for funds for financing the project had met with satisfactory response and that almost sufficient money was in hand or promised to erect ana furnish a good sized hall, classrooms and kitchen.
