Te Arakura
From Our Own Correspondent. Personal ana General Miss Lindsay Klink, Pohangina, lias been spending a few days with her sister, Mrs. H. Pedersen, Milson’s Line. Mrs. L. E. Hansen and her infant son Rex, Milson’s Line, .are at present holidaying in Wellington. Mrs. D. U. Binns and family are at present away on holiday. Mr. and Mrs. E. S. Baker are spending the school at recess at Wanganui, where Mr. Baker is taking a refresher course. On Wednesday evening, by permission of the institute, the advisability of hold ing a settlers’ ball was discussed. It wars decided to call a meeting of residents for the purpose of ascertaining what support this project would get. The meeting will be held in the hall supper-room on May 24 at 7.30 p.m.
